Class Descriotion

In my Slow & Steady Yoga classes, we take time to move mindfully, focusing on alignment and breathing to create a strong, stable foundation.

Using props like yoga blocks and straps, I guide you through each pose, helping to support your body and deepen your practice safely.

These classes encourage energy to flow freely, gently invigorating and balancing the body.

With a slower pace and, at times, hands-on adjustments, you’ll experience a practice that not only builds strength and flexibility but also leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged.
